Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using this website, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use this site.

These terms apply to all visitors to this website, including anyone who joins the Chronos Core waitlist or submits the contact form.

These terms are effective as of July 10, 2026. This is a complete, good-faith Terms of Service prepared for Chronos Core's pre-launch website; as the product moves toward general availability, we recommend — and intend to complete — a final legal review before these terms, or their successor (a full customer agreement), govern a generally available product.

Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, to join the waitlist, submit the contact form, or otherwise use this website. If you are acting on behalf of a company or other organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.

Joining the waitlist or submitting the contact form does not create a user account, a subscription, or any login credentials — see "Waitlist & Pre-Launch Access" below.

Description of Service

Chronos Core is a product of Ascension Consulting Team LLC dba ACT Solutions & Consulting — an operations platform for industrial operators and their vendors, spanning procurement (Procure+), IT asset management (IT+), legal (Legal+), operations (Ops+), EHS & compliance (EHS+), sales & business operations (BizOS), custom data, apps & automation (Workbench), a communications hub (Switchboard), and an AI layer built into every module (Arc).

Chronos Core is a related but separate brand from ACT Solutions & Consulting's broader consulting services; this website describes the Chronos Core product specifically.

Waitlist & Pre-Launch Access

Chronos Core is currently in pre-launch. Joining the waitlist does not create a customer account, a subscription, or any contractual right to access the product on any particular timeline. We will contact you using the information you provide as access becomes available.

Features, modules, and packaging described on this website — including any module marked "Coming to Chronos" or "ROADMAP" — are forward-looking and may change before general availability.

Acceptable Use

When using this website, you agree not to: violate any applicable law or regulation; attempt to gain unauthorized access to this website, its underlying systems, or any account or data that is not yours; probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of this website or its infrastructure without our prior written authorization; use any automated system (bot, scraper, crawler) to access this website in a manner that sends more request messages than a human could reasonably produce, or to extract data for a competing product; impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation; interfere with or disrupt the operation of this website or the servers or networks connected to it; or submit false, misleading, unlawful, or infringing content through the waitlist or contact form.

We may investigate and take appropriate action — including removing content, suspending access, or reporting to law enforcement — for any use we reasonably believe violates this section.

Use License & Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality on this website — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, and code — are the property of Ascension Consulting Team LLC dba ACT Solutions & Consulting (or its licensors) and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, republish, download, store, or transmit any materials from this website except as ordinarily permitted through normal use of the site. Permission is granted only for personal, non-commercial, transitory viewing — a license, not a transfer of title.

Product and family names shown on this site (Procure+, IT+, Legal+, Ops+, EHS+, BizOS, Workbench, Switchboard, Arc, and Chronos Core itself) have not all completed formal trademark clearance; their appearance here is not a representation of registered trademark status.

Customer Data — Ownership & License

This section addresses two different kinds of data. This website's own content (text, graphics, branding — see "Use License & Intellectual Property" above) belongs to Ascension Consulting Team LLC dba ACT Solutions & Consulting. Separately, if and when Chronos Core becomes generally available as a logged-in product, customers who use the product will upload, generate, or store their own business data within it ("Customer Data").

As between you and us, you or your organization will own your Customer Data — we do not claim ownership of it. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, process, transmit, and display Customer Data solely as necessary to provide, maintain, secure, and support the Chronos Core product for you, and for no other purpose, including no use to train models for other customers' benefit and no sale. This license ends when Customer Data is deleted from the product, subject to standard backup-retention timing.

Full, binding Customer Data terms — including any Chronos-specific AI-processing terms for the Arc capability — will be set out in the customer agreement (for example, an order form or master subscription agreement) that governs your account once the product is generally available; this website's Terms of Service describe our current intent, not a substitute for that agreement.

Disclaimer & Service Availability

Chronos Core is in active pre-launch development. Features, modules, and packaging described on this website are forward-looking and are not a commitment to deliver any specific feature on any specific timeline (see "Waitlist & Pre-Launch Access" above).

This website and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, and disclaim all other warranties including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. We do not claim SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, or FedRAMP certification for Chronos Core at this time.

Where Chronos Core describes Arc, its AI capability: Arc assists and augments — drafting, extracting, and flagging — inside the product's modules. Arc does not act autonomously or make decisions on your behalf; a person remains in control of every action Arc supports.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ascension Consulting Team LLC dba ACT Solutions & Consulting shall not be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or business interruption) arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or on liability for incidental or consequential damages; in those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Ascension Consulting Team LLC dba ACT Solutions & Consulting, its officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your violation of these Terms of Service, your violation of any applicable law, or your violation of any third party's rights, including intellectual property or privacy rights, in connection with your use of this website.

Accuracy of Materials

Materials on this website, including roadmap and "coming to Chronos" statements, may include technical or typographical errors and may change without notice. We do not warrant that any materials are accurate, complete, or current, and we make no commitment to update them.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to this website, remove you from the waitlist, or decline to respond to a contact submission, at any time and for any reason, including if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms of Service, with or without notice. You may ask us to remove you from the waitlist or delete your contact submission at any time by contacting us using the details below (see also our Privacy Policy's "Your Privacy Rights" section).

Sections of these terms that by their nature should survive termination — including Use License & Intellectual Property, Disclaimer & Service Availability, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Changes to These Terms & Governing Law — will survive.

Changes to These Terms & Governing Law

We may revise these terms at any time. By continuing to use this website, you agree to be bound by the current version. Material changes will be communicated via a prominent notice on this website.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States of America, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Harris County, Texas.
